How It Works:

1. Request an appointment
Contact Soundview’s office to schedule a live, virtual consultation. Just give us your desired time, phone number and email address.

2. Set up Zoom on your device ahead of time (important!)
For smartphones and tablets with built-in cameras and microphones:

• Download the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app on your smartphone or tablet.
• Make sure your device is plugged in or fully charged.

For laptops and desktop computers:

• Go to zoom.us and click on “Sign-Up, It’s Free.” Follow the instructions to install the Zoom application on your computer.
• Make sure your computer is plugged in or fully charged.

3. Meet with your Showroom Consultant
At the time of your appointment, a comfort advisor will email you a meeting ID and passcode. Open up Zoom, hit “Join a Meeting” and enter the meeting ID and passcode. If prompted, allow access to your microphone and camera.
Once you are connected with your comfort advisor through the Zoom video call, take some time to explain your project and your needs. A comfort advisor can meet with you virtually, learn about your project and “walk” you through a Soundview installation and to show you the best options for your project!

4. Be on the lookout for the follow-up information
After your video call, your comfort advisor will follow-up by email with product specifications, pricing and anything else you might need based on your consultation.
